Join our Women's Only Small Group Personal Training Sessions and experience a supportive and uplifting environment where you can achieve your fitness goals! 

In these small group sessions, you'll receive personalized attention and guidance from our experienced female trainer, who will work with you to achieve your fitness goals. 

You'll be part of a close-knit community of like-minded women, motivating and encouraging each other to reach new heights. 

Our sessions are designed to be fun, challenging, and rewarding, with a focus on:

Every Wednesday 6:45-7:15pm
