As a fully-qualified Personal Trainer, Kat now offers Small Group Personal Training sessions in her private home-based gym.
During these 30-minute sessions Kat will teach you how to correctly use various weights machines and equipment, designed to give you an all-over body workout.
These sessions have been introduced to the public as a way for people to experience the benefits of Personal Training, at only a 3rd of the cost.
