As of Monday, 8th June, my Community Group Fitness classes will be up and running again in various venues around Newlands.

Like many people, I am proud of all of New Zealand for pulling together to eliminate COVID from our shores, and I am excited about being able to return to offering my services face to face, to keep Kiwi’s on track with their fitness and wellbeing goals.

So while I am now able to see you face to face in classes and for Personal Training sessions, I must continue prioritizing keeping my clients, and myself and my family safe, while continuing to play my part in keeping COVID out of our country. 

I have implemented a range of best practice COVID-Safe protocols across the different venues that I run my classes in to reduce any risk of exposure or further spread.

So under Alert Level 2, I am able to run Community Group Fitness classes, and see face to face clients in my home-based gym. 

If you are planning on booking in for a class or PT session, please make sure that you let me know if:

  1. You have travelled to New Zealand from another country in the past 14 days
  2. You are a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19, and have not recovered
  3. You are being tested for COVID-19 and are awaiting the result
  4. You have been in close contact with a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19, or with someone that is being tested for COVID-19 in the past 14 days
  5. You have and cold or flu type symptoms e.g. cough, fever, sneezy/runny nose, shortness of breath, sore throat, or loss of sense of smell
  6. You have been advised to self-isolate for any other reason
  7. You live with someone that is self-isolating for any reason, or is sick with any of the above cold/flu symptoms

Clients answering yes to any of these questions may need to have their session booking postponed.

My additional COVID Safe measures include:

  • Participants must book in to the classes, no casual walk-ins will be permitted
  • Participants will need to adhere to the social distancing rules, and therefore NOT be able to gather in doorways, entrances, or by their cars to socialise before/after classes
  • I will be displaying the Covid-19 poster guidelines as provided by the website
  • I will be asking all clients to complete a contact tracing register before entering a Group Fitness class
  • Hand sanitizer will be provided upon entry of the building, and it will be compulsory for participants to use it before entering the hall. It will also be available to use at any time throughout the session
  • Participants MUST bring their own towel, no workout
  • The class will be structured so participants can adhere to the 2 metre social distancing rule. 
  • Any equipment used by participants will be wiped down after use with disinfectant wipes, provided by myself.

Stellar Training Package - $85.00

1-hour session. I’ll take you through your 45-minute home-based weights training

session; you take the training programme away to complete at your gym. Optional cardio programme provided on request.

45 minute Training session - $70.00
Home-based weights training session only.

30 minute Training session - $50.00
Home-based weights training session only.

Nutrition Plan Only - $80.00
Includes assessment forms followed by a nutrition plan devised around foods you enjoy and dependent on your personal goals. I’ll talk you through your nutrition plan – 20 minutes duration.




Payments can be made via cash, direct debit, or by purchasing a Concession card.

Circuit, Tabata, Fight-fit, Boxing, and Static Fitness classes must be booked and paid for in advance, any unattended classes cannot be refunded.

Online Complete Training Plan - $80.00

Your complete 2-3 day training plan, to be completed at your gym, emailed to you. Can include a cardio programme if required.


PLEASE NOTE: All prices are GST INCLUSIVE. Payment can made be made by direct debit or cash, and must show in bank account 24 hours before or on the day of the session. 

For pre-booked classes, any cancellations made at any time the day before a booked spot will still require payment.

Any cancellations on the day of an individual training session will incur full training fee.
