Stellar Initial Training Package - $85.00

1-hour session. I’ll take you through your 45-minute home-based weights training

session; you take the training programme away to complete at your gym. Optional cardio programme provided on request.


Individualised Nutrition Plan - $80.00
Includes assessment forms followed by a nutrition plan devised around foods you enjoy and dependent on your personal goals. I’ll email it through to you.

 

HOW TO MAKE PAYMENTS:


Payments can be made via cash, online banking, direct debit, or by purchasing a Concession card.

All Stellar Fitness Community classes must be booked and paid for in advance, at least 24 hours notice required for a class credit, any unattended classes cannot be refunded.


COMMUNITY CLASSES MEMBERSHIPS:


No minimum set term - cancel at any time

Access to max. 4 classes a week for the FREQUENT FLYER membership, and Unlimited access to ALL Group Fitness classes for the UNLIMITED membership (booking & cancellation policy applies)

TRANSFORMATION+


In the last Transformation challenge of 2020, I tried something different..I introduced the Transformation+ section. This is for those who want more accountability, in regards to your eating and exercise. I started everyone off slowly, and got them to track how much they moved, and what they ate, the amount of calories that they burnt throughout the day, and taught them about the importance of protein.

From there, I worked out what their recommended daily calorie amount was, based on some specific information that I asked for. I also worked out their daily protein intake recommendation. They also chose the amount of steps that they were going to aim for each day.

Each night they sent through to me a screenshot of their daily stats. It wasn't about them being perfect, it was about being accountable. They were learning that it's ok to indulge a little on the weekends, still fall within their calorie target, and not go into 'all or nothing' mode. Needless to say, their results at the end of the challenge were awesome, as they all remained on track..or if they got off track, they got back on straight away.

ACCOUNTABILITY +


Introducing Accountability+ - you can receive all of the benefits from above without having to participate in a challenge.

You'll submit your daily stats via messenger, and I'll give you feedback every night so you’ll know whether you’re on track/what to focus/work on for the next day.


$30 PER WEEK (MINIMUM 4 WEEK COMMITMENT FOR ACCOUNTIBILITY+ REQUIRED. 1 WEEKS NOTICE REQUIRED TO CANCEL).

 

ONLINE SERVICES:

Your complete 2-3 day training plan, to be completed at your gym, emailed to you. Can include a cardio programme if required.

 

PLEASE NOTE: All prices are GST INCLUSIVE. Payment can made be made by direct debit or cash, and must show in bank account 24 hours before or on the day of the session. 

For pre-booked classes, any cancellations made at any time the day before a booked spot will still require payment.

Any cancellations on the day of an individual training session will incur full training fee.
