Living with rheumatoid arthritis, Achilles tendonitis, an inflamed hip bursa, a torn rotator cuff, and fibromyalgia, I’ve had to carefully rebuild my own strength and movement from the ground up.
Through this process, I developed a system that helped me return to exercise while gently resetting my nervous system and avoiding flare-ups. That’s what inspired the Return to Movement Programme — a 6-week guided plan to help others in the same situation regain confidence, mobility, and strength.
This programme focuses on meeting your body where it’s at. We start slowly, build progressively, and teach you how to listen to your body’s feedback along the way.
