STELLAR STAR OF THE MONTH - APRIL, 2014

Hi my name is Isabel I have been attending Kat's circuit classes since they began back in August, 2011.

I had been looking for a new exercise class in which I would feel comfortable as I was finding it to difficult to get motivated to get the gym. At the same time my 15 year old daughter Pamata was looking for something too. Kat was a parent at the kindergarten I teach at and mentioned the idea of starting up circuit classes in Newlands and Pamata and I were keen from the beginning.

From that very first class we attended we were hooked and enjoyed Kat's motivating, challenging classes, offering something different every time and inspiring us to keep going.  

We began looking forward to Monday and Thursday nights even though some of the following days we felt a little sore, it only made us work harder. The introduction of boxing on Friday challenged Pamata and I even further and is our absolute favourite form of exercise.               It has been great being able to get fit alongside my daughter, and it gives us something that we can do together.

2 1/2 years later we are both still hooked on Stellar Fitness so a big thanks to Kat for all her hard work at keeping us fit and motivated.
