Like a lot of us, I got involved with Stellar Fitness through a friend. We started walking together and Kat (yes a different one) thought I might like Fight-Fit, which I agreed could be fun so to make sure I got there she booked and paid for me to go to my first class.
And from there I started doing Tabata and then signed up for the 12-week Transformation challenge.
Having never done anything like the challenge before, I found setting the goals quite difficult as I had absolutely no idea of what to expect, or what I could achieve. And I was very stunned with the result.
Changing some habits of a very long time was quite challenging, eating breakfast was one and drinking so much water the other. I did find it hard to adapt to eating more food that I normally did to lose weight (a weird concept in my mind) but one that certainly worked. It worked so well that I won the challenge by losing the greatest % of bodyweight.
I really enjoy the different classes that Kat runs, the variety of exercise that gets all your bits working even bits I didn’t know existed!
Seeing the familiar faces at weigh-in was very encouraging and certainly kept me going, so a big thank you to you all.
So yes I have signed up for the 8-week Fitness Challenge - and again, don’t really know what I have signed up for but am looking forward to it.
I would like to call out the two Kats that have got me into this and provided so much support, and to everyone at Stellar Fitness for just being yourselves.
