STAR OF THE MONTH - JUNE, 2018

Kia ora Koutou, my name is Tanz, I am 31 years old with two children, Shontae and Kiarna.

I have been attending Stellar Fitness on and off for over 4 years. After the birth of my youngest child I wanted to lead a healthier lifestyle and make positive food choices and also increase my fitness levels.

I enjoy playing sport so being fit and healthy is important to me. Thanks to Kat I am achieving my goals. 
At Stellar fitness there are a variety of classes to choose from. 

My aim now is to attend a minimum of two classes per week as well as my Personal Training class. 

The classes are challenging, but also rewarding.
